The Tale of Hodja Nasreddin

The dilogy "The Tale of Hodja Nasreddin" is the most famous work of the Russian writer, screenwriter, and researcher of the folklore of Central Asia, Leonid Vasilyevich Solovyev (1906-1962). It is a full of humor and cunning, wise stories and... anecdotes about the adventures of the famous hero of Eastern legends. The action of the first book - "The Disturber of Peace" - takes place in Bukhara, where Nasreddin's escapades are hilariously funny and dynamic.
The second book - "The Enchanted Prince" - is more about the author, who remains true to his youth, his first homeland, and his first love, to which each of us remains faithful in the depths of our souls.
