Siege of a Medieval Castle

1300 year. Powerful representatives of the nobility have risen in rebellion against your king. The king entrusts you with suppressing this rebellion. Your goal is to capture the castle where the leader of the rebels has taken refuge, thereby putting an end to the turmoil. It would be good if you manage to do this without the use of force, but if the inhabitants of the castle put up resistance, which is quite likely, the king allows you to besiege the castle, to take it by storm or to force the defenders to surrender.
