The mathematics course "Learning to Learn" for grades 1–4 is aimed at developing the thinking and creative abilities of elementary school students, forming a system of solid mathematical knowledge, general educational skills, and developing personal qualities, cognitive interest, and a value-based attitude toward education.
It is part of a comprehensive educational and methodological complex "Learning to Learn" for preschoolers, elementary, and middle school students (ages 3 to 15).
It implements the didactic system of the activity-based learning method by L.G. Peterson. It is methodically supported by developmental aids, workbooks, collections of independent and control work for students,
programs, and methodological recommendations.
