Development of Phonemic Hearing in Children Aged 4-5

The educational and methodological manual "Development of Phonemic Hearing in Children Aged 4-5" is the 3rd part of the author's partial program "From Sound to Letter. Formation of Sound Analytical-Synthetic Activity in Preschoolers as a Prerequisite for Literacy Education." It includes theoretical foundations, characteristics of speech development in children aged 4-5, methodological recommendations, sample integrated thematic planning, and planned results of the program (goal-oriented benchmarks).

Using the manual in conjunction with the workbooks "From Word to Sound", "Finish Drawing and Color", "We Learn to Compose Syllabic Schemes" will enable the proper organization of partner interaction between adults and children, aimed at developing phonemic hearing, motor skills, and graphic skills. Children develop prerequisites for educational activities: personal, cognitive, regulatory, and communicative.

The manual is addressed to a wide range of specialists working with children aged 4-5, as well as to parents and tutors.
