My Pirate Friend

Twelve-year-old Andre and his cousin, an old sea dog nicknamed Pirate, are forced to live together, getting accustomed to and binding to each other, and then embark on a journey from Norway to Trinidad on an old patched-up yacht across the unpredictable Atlantic Ocean - to save a man. There are things we cannot influence, there are circumstances we cannot change, this book tells the reader, but in any circumstances, we can move forward and not give up, be gentle with each other and think of those we love, literally until the last breath.
