Grandfather piano concert

In the history of Russian music there is a very kind and bright piano cycle - “Toys on the Christmas Tree”. It was composed by composer Vladimir Ivanovich Rebikov (1866-1920). In... this series, toys decorating the New Year tree come to life as if by magic before young listeners.
Inspired by Rebikov's music, we created this fairy tale. It is designed to introduce children to plays about winter and New Year, written by famous classical composers.
While reading, the main characters of the fairy tale will encourage children not only to listen to colorful piano pieces, but also to perform a variety of creative tasks. All this will enhance the impressions of the music and help the child feel like one of the participants in the New Year's concert of his grandfather the piano.

Together with your child, you will listen to classical music selected by a specialist with a higher musical education, Maria Lapina. To play music, you need to read the QR codes located on the pages of the book. "Grandfather Piano Concert" does not contain batteries for environmental reasons.
