Rune magic can be studied in different ways. Usually, people who use runes for the first time do so to solve everyday tasks: to heal themselves, help loved ones, attract money, entice love – in a word, everything that is... close to the heart and needed by the body. No one says that this is petty or wrong – we all engage in this and will continue to do so, including on the pages of this book. But first and foremost, those studying rune magic are interested not so much in everyday effects, but in their own transformation. One can learn ordinary sorcery anywhere and achieve tangible results in this matter; and although it has an indirect relationship to magic, it also has every right to exist. My students are more interested in magic and personal magical transformation, which means we will need to study the issue both deeper and broader. We need additional power and additional knowledge to understand not only how the magical formula or intention works, but also why.
This book will outline the basic and essential laws to be followed. We will thoroughly analyze the forces that permeate this world through connection with the pantheon of northern gods. We will learn to write rune formulas and use them correctly. We will study those spells that bring real and quite tangible results; we will try to understand how exactly they work.
