Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence in Python Examples

Tools for developing artificial intelligence applications are described. The basics of the Python programming language are provided. The main concepts and definitions of artificial intelligence are revealed. Issues of software implementation of neural network elements and the construction of multilayer neural networks are considered. Great attention is paid to the use of specialized libraries PyBrain, Scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow for forming the structure of neural networks and their training, and libraries ImageAI and OpenCV for image processing. The material is illustrated with simple and understandable examples demonstrating the use of pretrained neural networks for object recognition in images, creating custom datasets, forming the structure of the network, its training, and practical application.
