Lyceum 2023. Seventh Issue

On June 6, six winners of the "Lyceum" award were announced on the main stage of the Literary Festival in Red Square. The book includes the texts of the winners - prose writers Vladimir Khokhlov, Olga Shiltseva, Darya Mesropova, and... poets Stepan Samarin, Sergey Skuratovsky, Varvara Zaborstseva. An acquaintance with the work of the "literary generation" convinced us that the talents are not diminishing. The "Lyceum" award helps to bring them to light. Was the jury subjective in selecting the winners? Of course! We all freely or unconsciously give preference to our favorites. Do we try to approach the proposed works as reasonably and fairly as possible? Certainly! And in the end, it seems to me, everything has happened... What else can be said? Thank you to the "Lyceum"!
