The Storybook of Little Tom

"The Storybook of Little Tom", which is being released simultaneously in Latvian and English, contains short illustrated stories featuring Little Tom, his mother, his best friend Danny, and others. In these characters and their adventures, every child can easily recognize... themselves and their friends in typical everyday situations where they need to make the right decision. By befriending the brave, slightly stubborn, yet always kind-hearted Little Tom, children will better understand the importance of courage, kindness, and perseverance, learn to fight for their dreams, help others, and take responsibility for their actions.
The discussion topics and tasks included after each story will allow parents to explore this book together with their children, while kindergarten teachers and educators can utilize it in their lessons.
Little Tom will inspire children to dream big and achieve those dreams, to be empathetic, kind, and courageous.
Juta Stīla (real name Juta Vējiņa, 1986) has been professionally involved in various combat sports for over 15 years - boxing, karate, kickboxing, etc. - and has received high awards in several international boxing competitions. However, more than medals, athletes are pleased with the opportunity to inspire children by example, telling them how to dream big and achieve those dreams.
