„Chamomiles” is another little book in the series „Pharmacy in the Garden”. Avicenna has already written that "chamomiles are the most useful herbs against weakness and fatigue". He recommended using chamomile preparations for the treatment of liver and kidney diseases, eye diseases, and headaches.
Today, chamomiles are widely used in both scientific and folk medicine, as well as in cosmetology. A large number of medicinal preparations are made that contain chamomile flowers. Hair washed with chamomile decoction acquires a beautiful golden hue and shine, while facial skin, when regularly washed with strong chamomile decoction, becomes soft, smooth, and velvety.
