The Creation of the World

Two stories under this cover are separated by almost 30 years. But the city is the same Leningrad — St. Petersburg, the age of the protagonists is the same 13 years, 7th grade, the problems of schools, teachers, and students are very similar. Times change, but something remains unchanged! The first story is set in a school in the early 90s of the 20th century. The heroine of the story, Sasha Rumyantseva, changes her view of the world. She is as if reborn and opens her eyes, for her, a true 'Creation of the World' takes place. The events of the second story happen in our days. And this 'fairy tale-untold', close to fantasy, is very similar to the truth, but at the same time remains beyond the realm of reality. The main heroine of this story, Varvara Brusnikina, helps everyone around her to become happy and find harmony with the help of a miracle device invented in France by a lovely duchess.
