Hammer of Vulkan

In 2029, after a war that brought the world to the brink of destruction, a hyper-rational supercomputer "Vulkan-3" becomes the sole ruler of the entire planet. It is responsible for all decisions, both political and social, and the world government follows its orders unconditionally. However, as in any totalitarian state, there are people who disagree with the system. A mysterious organization called the Healers is ready to overthrow "Vulkan" and return control to the people. But the supercomputer has its own plans...
