The set of metaphoric postcards «Messages of Your Ancestry» allows you to delve deeper into self-knowledge through your ancestry, explore the theme of lineage, identify negative scenarios, understand the values that your ancestry carries, realize the reasons for conflict situations with your lineage, and gain new insights into relationships within the family.
The set of metaphoric postcards «Messages of Your Ancestry» is intended for:
-individual or group psychological and coaching consultations on the topic of ancestry.
-training sessions and seminars on ancestry issues as a tool for investigation and correction.
-self-diagnosis as a means of self-discovery and self-help.

Techniques for working with the set:
1. «What is better for me right now?» This technique will help make the right choice, accept an important, correct decision for yourself with the help of your ancestry messages. Draw one card blindly, answer the questions: What do I see in the picture? What events are happening in the picture? What emotions do I experience while looking at the card? What will be better for me now? Look at the textual message, answer the question: What does my ancestry want to convey to me now as support?
2. «What is my resource right now?» This technique will help see what valuable things your ancestry gives you. Carefully examine all the cards and choose the one you like the most. What do you see in the picture? If you could add to the picture, what would you add? What feelings does the picture evoke in you? Why did you choose this card? What resource does your ancestry give you? Is this resource present in your life? Can you apply it in life? If the answer is «no», then, looking at the textual message, answer the question: How can I accept the resource that my ancestry gives me (through what action)? What does my ancestry want to tell me through this card?
3. «Resentment and Mom» This technique allows you to work through resentment towards your mother. Draw any card from the deck blindly. Answer the questions while looking at the card: How does my resentment look? Where did it come from? What bad things does it bring me? What benefits do I gain from my resentment? What will happen if I get rid of the resentment? Draw a second card openly, the one you liked the most. Answer the question: Where can I find the strength and resources to let go of the resentment? Read the textual message and answer the question: What message does my ancestry carry for me in this situation?
