Learning Mathematics. Album 1 of Game Exercises for Children Aged 5-6 Years.

This album will help preschool children master the basics of mathematics and prepare for studying mathematics in school. Its goal is to continue familiarizing children with the fundamentals of mathematics in a playful manner. The objectives of the album include developing children's counting skills, including ordinal counting; establishing connections between numbers, as well as between mathematical categories and objects of the surrounding world; forming knowledge about the composition of numbers (up to 5); and developing skills in working with sets.

The album has a structure and content that are easy to perceive. Each session with the child involves completing several tasks arranged in a specific sequence with gradually increasing complexity. Working with the aid is based on the joint activity of the adult and the child.

It is addressed to preschool educators, parents, specialists in early development centers, and staff of children's clubs.
