The Curious Case of Benjamin Button

F. Scott Fitzgerald probably has one of the leading solo parts in the orchestral score of the «Jazz Age». The writer, who reflected the crazy life of America in the 1920s more vividly and impartially than anyone else, was himself flesh and blood of that legendary era; his name was on the lips of his contemporaries and in the society columns. His scandalous behavior terrified some and delighted others. But the eccentricity and external gilding have faded into the past, and his immortal books remain in the present.
The collection includes some of the best stories, including «The Curious Case of Benjamin Button,» which David Fincher adapted into a sensational film in 2009, starring Brad Pitt in the lead role.
