According to the second spring treaty, the heavenly fleets of Dogs and Cats are required to assist each other in threatening life or common cause situations... However, no dog has ever been brought onto a cat's deck. Especially a dog that has lost its memory, although it hasn't been floundering in the clouds for too long. The eternal question «What to do?» sparks the adventures of the tough cat sailors aboard the «Snowy» ship — Captain Red, his first mate Bob the Striped, the sailor Cross-eyed — and a dog who will soon remember his name. As we travel through the cloud sea, we will meet the lean Pig from the Sea Pigs, dog sailors from «Faithful-22», flying fish-postmen, and foolish fish-poets, the Keeper of the Lighthouse-at-the-Edge, and the mysterious Carriers... Each will have its own story. And all of them, under the whistling wind, the melody of the harmonica, and the splashes of waves, intertwine into a salty rope.
