Galina Schastye is a St. Petersburg poetess, a representative of a new emerging style known as poetic parkour. The solitude of a big city, with its hustle and constant movement, manifests sad notes in her poetic works. She writes poetry... in the style of Impressionists, expressing images with bright colorful strokes. Her first poem was written in the seventh grade for the epigraph to an essay. Since childhood, sensitive and emotional by nature, she was able to notice nuances and find the uniqueness in relationships between people, bringing nature to life with unusual figurative comparisons. Later, she transferred her observations to paper and organized them into collections of poems. You hold one of them in your hands.
Many of us have asked the question, What is time? How does it work? Is it an illusion? Time changes us but also gives us invaluable experience. It allows us to understand that everything is cyclical. The change of seasons, birth and death, day and night. There is an opinion that time is the fourth dimension of our three-dimensional reality.
