Sasha Chernyi - a Russian poet, prose writer, and journalist of the 19th-20th centuries, who gained wide recognition as the author of lyrical-satirical poetic feuilletons.
By purchasing the magazine "Satirikon", in which Chernyi was published, readers primarily sought his articles. Vladimir... Mayakovsky often quoted the writer, claiming that he loved him for his "sarcastic anti-aestheticism". Chernyi's collections were so popular that the poet reissued them many times.
Even today, the works of Sasha Chernyi remain relevant: his satire remains sharp and engagingly amusing.
The publication includes the novella "The Diary of a Fox Mickey" and the collection of humorous stories "Soldier's Tales".
