This series presents translations of the most important phenomenological texts written by both the classics of phenomenology (E. Husserl) and leading representatives (O. Becker, M. Geiger, M. Dufren, P. Ricoeur, H.-G. Gadamer, M. Rishir, A. Schnell), as well as commentaries...
on them. The translations of the works presented here first appeared in the pages of the journal "Horizon. Phenomenological Studies". In this edition, they are published in a revised and expanded version. The first part brings together texts devoted to one of the most complex topics in phenomenology - the topic of time. Husserl's works dedicated to the problem of time form a substantial part of his legacy. The work on this problem has not ceased, beginning with the earliest texts from 1905-1911 and continuing into the period of handwritten creativity in the 1930s. Before the reader is a translation of selected fragments from the Bernau manuscripts of 1917-1918 (“Bernau Manuskripte uber das Zeitbewusstsein” 1917/18, Nia XXXIII) and commentaries on them by one of the most influential contemporary phenomenologists, Alexander Schnell.
