My First Book of RULES

Why brush your teeth? And wash your face in the morning - that's also a great idea! And this is also:
 

put away toys;
carefully turn the pages of books;
cover your mouth when sneezing; 
not to mess around during meals;
constantly say things like... “Hello!”, “Goodbye!”, “Excuse me!”, “Bless you!”, 
cross the street only at the “zebra” crossing or under the ground passage.

 
 
In the educational book for toddlers “My First Book of Rules” there are absolutely no preachings on this subject! For a 2, 3, or 4-year-old, there’s little point in them…
But if the crocodile from Korney Chukovsky's tales cheerfully narrates in verse why he brushes his teeth every morning, and the elephant from the children’s encyclopedia always apologizes if he's wrong, then that’s a whole different matter!
