A fantastic comic about life in a post-apocalyptic world inhabited by dinosaurs. With cities soaring in the sky and the omnipresent "network" that dominates the Earth.

In the sky above the waterless landscape, carved by rusty pipes, a blue metropolis hovers - the realm of the rich and powerful of this world. They control the water, and water controls life. Below, on the mainland, all the others - workers, farmers, and bandits - are huddled together.

Jarry Chapalt is a lonely shepherd. All he has is a herd of dinosaurs, inherited from his father and become his family.

During another cattle drive, "watchers" - flying machines with powerful engines and effective weapons - unexpectedly appear above them. They are chasing a runaway "weather van" - one of those that control the weather. As a result of this chase, Jarry's enormous herd perishes, leaving the shepherd with nothing.

Obsessed with revenge and the desire to punish the guilty, Jarry leaves his native desert and heads to the city. There, he joins the rebels who want to overthrow the totalitarian government. But, as often happens, the noble idea of revolution turns out to be something completely different...

"Negaliod" - a graphic novel where futuristic technologies coexist with ancient customs. And the stunning drawings of Vincent Perriot - huge frames of fantastic landscapes and gigantic cities - inspire dreams of imaginary worlds.
