Boris Vladimirovich Zakhoder 1918–2000 — poet and writer, translator, screenwriter. He was awarded the State Prize of the Russian Federation. His first collection of poems, published by Detgiz, received positive reviews from Korney Chukovsky, and Lev Kassil predicted great fame for the author.
