The Stone Heart made its owner a mighty and fearsome warrior but took away their ability to love, causing great sorrow to everyone around. But there will always be someone willing to don the role of a strong and cruel ruler along with the amulet—even among tiny swamp elves or funny badgers, not to mention humans! Thus, the Stone Heart will continue to awaken and perform its evil sorcery again and again for thousands of years.
