The psychiatric hospital "Pine Edge" - a huge mansion in the middle of swamps. For an entire century, people’s minds were mutilated here, supposedly fighting their... madness. It all ended with a furious riot of patients and the murder of a caretaker. Now, the building houses the clinic "To the Beautiful Ones" - the last hope for women desperate to lose weight.
 
Jenny is one of the victims of "Pine Edge". She spent many years within the walls of this sadistic establishment and still cannot recover. But when her landlord decides to appropriate the mansion, it is Jenny who is offered to infiltrate and gather compromising material on the owner of the new establishment. The girl cannot refuse - the amount of the reward is too tempting for someone who can barely make ends meet.
 
The former inmate of the psychiatric hospital returns with trepidation to the place of her torment. But she finds something completely different than what she was sent for: the current clinic holds a secret much more serious than any manipulations. A deadly secret...
