Banal Stories

Never before has the writer duo Zhvalevskii-Pasternak received such varied feedback from their test readers on the manuscript - from "such sixth-graders do not exist at all" to "I felt like all the characters at once." And that's great! But some things still need clarification. Firstly, "Banal Stories" does not have a single plot - it is a collection of novellas about sixth-graders. Each novella consists of several parts. Each part is a story from one of the characters. And secondly, if the book is about sixth-graders, it does not mean it is only for them. Among the characters are younger and older sisters, parents, teachers, and other adults. The authors hope that all these diverse readers will discover that there are no banal stories in life.
