The Cherry Orchard. Stories

The collection includes 14 well-known stories by A.P. Chekhov, as well as the play "The Cherry Orchard." "The Fat and the Thin," "Ward No. 6," "The Man in a Case" — these and many other stories brought world fame to... the great Russian writer. Such different characters are united by feelings of longing, dissatisfaction, and loneliness. Their inner emotional experiences are usually much brighter than the boring, everyday reality that surrounds the heroes. The series "Children's Library" features the best works of both domestic and world literature for children aged 5 to 16. This includes folklore and literary tales, poems, stories, and novellas by outstanding classic writers. All works are included in educational literature programs and are recommended by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation for study in schools and for independent reading.
