Goshka the Wolf Cub

The parents of curious teenager Goshka go to Brazil in search of rare plants, leaving their son in the care of his grandfather, who is far away in Siberia observing animal behavior. Goshka ends up at the Bio Station and immerses himself in a new, incredibly fascinating life. He establishes a close bond with the she-wolf Donna, and he conducts truly scientific observations of her behavior.
As is often the case in life, Goshka soon finds himself with rivals, or rather—envious opponents. After all, Goshka catches the eye of the beautiful girl Tanya. Throughout the book, they plot against Goshka, and not just any schemes—they lead him into the taiga and leave him there without a compass.

Adding intrigue is a mysterious figure, the forest dweller Georgiy. Thanks to his amazing abilities, the third part of the book is simply explosive. Goshka temporarily transforms into a wolf cub and learns about the lives of these predators and other inhabitants from an almost inside perspective. Furthermore, after his tumultuous life in the form of a beast, he returns to the Bio Station not only with valuable knowledge but also with a newfound sister, who looks just like Goshka but sometimes reminds him of a little fox.
