Crocodile Gena and His Friends

Often children say: "Crocodile Gena and his friends – this is a book about Cheburashka". Indeed, it turns out that Gena is an ordinary city dweller who works at the zoo. And the other inhabitants of this city – lion Chandra, monkey Maria Frantsevna, girl Galya, and the troublemaker Dima – are equal citizens of the metropolis. The most unusual thing about them is that they feel a little lonely. Meanwhile, Cheburashka is actually an amazing creature. No one, not even he himself, knows what he is. He is very friendly and sociable, and therefore the other characters in the book want to be friends with him and do something together. It turns out that even a strange outsider can become one of us!
