SU-100 - a Soviet self-propelled gun, adopted into service in 1944. The emergence of this model is related to the need to strengthen self-propelled artillery at the end of the war. The newly built D10 - 100 mm gun was... mounted on a slightly modified chassis of the popular SU-85. From 1944 to 1946, about 4500 units of this machine were produced. The self-propelled gun was very popular, serving in dozens of armies around the world. Several countries still maintain the SU-100 in combat readiness.
