Gold Leaf Adhesive 50 ml

The adhesive is an aqueous dispersion of a copolymer of acrylic and methacrylic acid with the addition of propylene glycol and a biocide. The adhesive is designed for fixing gold leaf on products made of paper, cardboard, wood, plastic, glass, ceramics, and metal. Before use, the adhesive should be thoroughly mixed. Apply the adhesive to the cleaned surface with a synthetic brush in two layers, with intermediate drying between layers of 20-30 minutes. After a transparent sticky film of the adhesive is formed (no less than 30 minutes), proceed to fix the gold leaf. The working time with the open layer of adhesive is 3-5 hours depending on the temperature and humidity of the air. It is recommended to cover the finished product with gold leaf lacquer.

Precautions: After working with the adhesive, wash your hands with soap, and rinse brushes and tools with water.

Store in a tightly closed container, protecting it from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight at a temperature not lower than 5 °C.
