Card House. Psychotherapeutic Help for Clients with Borderline Disorders

According to the author, each of us has borderline ways of reacting, but for some, they are deeply hidden, while for others, life itself becomes a source of stress, causing these ways to transform into a "borderline organization of personality." Psychiatrists and psychoanalysts place "borderliners" between neurotics (conditionally mentally healthy individuals) and psychotics (mentally unhealthy). The author’s task is to understand the qualitative characteristics of the psyche structure of such people.
As in all publications of this series, the first part of the book is dedicated to phenomenology: the analysis of the conditions under which such characteristics of the psyche are formed, the ways a "borderliner" interacts with themselves, with others, with the world (though, unlike previous books in the series, now in the form of a literary work). The second part describes the features of psychotherapeutic help for such clients.

The book is intended not only for psychotherapists but also for a wide range of readers.
