The first summer vacation in Dyunna's life has ended, and she is returning home to Stockholm to study. The "Dyunna and Happiness" series is her most published work: it has been translated into dozens of languages, named one of the best children's books by The New York Times, and nominated for the Sorcierer award (France) and the German Children's Literature Prize. Young readers around the world closely follow the happy life of Dyunna, and for many, Rüsa Lagercrantz's books become the first ones they read independently: the font is large, the chapters are short, and the illustrations by Eva Eriksson are appealing and charming.
"Two Halves of a Heart" is the fifth part of an engaging and heartfelt story, released in Russian translation by Maria Lyudkovskaya (known for her work on Sven Nordqvist's and Tove Jansson's books). The "Dyunna and Happiness" series is intended for younger school-age readers.
