A mighty enemy has decided to take control of Angel Island, and Sonic and his friends must save it at all costs! Neo Metal Sonic is an evil robot with Sonic's speed, Eggman's intellect, and an indestructible mechanical body. He has captured the Island to become even stronger. Sonic and the Resistance team will have to join forces to battle him. But will those forces be enough to put an end to Neo Metal Sonic once and for all?
