Collected Prose in Four Volumes

«Dovlatov. Collected Prose in Four Volumes. Set in a Case» brings together the artistic, autobiographical, and journalistic prose of Sergey Dovlatov. The four-volume set includes works about Soviet everyday life, service, journalism, the literary environment, family, and life in emigration, as well as notebooks, articles, speeches, and interviews. The books are characterized by short phrases, conversational tone, attention to everyday details, and humor, behind which often lie loneliness, disappointment, and a sense of absurdity.
