Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Child Psychologists. Worksheets and Handouts

This book was created specifically for practicing child psychologists and psychotherapists who wish to have a ready-made set of worksheets. You are allowed to make copies of the book and distribute them to your clients, but you may not display the contents of the book online or resell it. For better understanding, explanations and examples of filled-out worksheets are provided for all exercises. The book also contains many handouts that can be given to clients before or after sessions in the clinic. Each worksheet serves as a tool for fostering curiosity and a spirit of exploration. These worksheets are not graded, and the child cannot fill them out incorrectly. It is always advisable to fill out the worksheet together with the child during the session and only then give it as homework. If the worksheets were given to the child as homework but he did not complete them, finding out the reason for the incomplete assignment can be just as valuable as analyzing the filled-out sheet. Advise the parents or guardians of your client to create a folder for their worksheets. The child, in turn, can decorate it as they wish.
