The Disregarder

«The Disregarder» — a novel about a young programmer for whom the fight against online hate becomes a matter of life and a personal trial. Margarita Poluektova transfers this conflict from the digital realm to the Swiss Alps, where the cold, altitude, and a closed group of people quickly nullify familiar ways of defense. Here, reputation online and verbal duels are not important, but endurance, memory of the past, and the ability to look at oneself clearly. The hero has to fight for survival, withstand pressure within the group, and redefine what it truly means to confront hate.
