Criminal Law Course. General Part

The course on the General Part of criminal law is prepared in accordance with the curriculum for the course on criminal law based on legislation and established law enforcement practices. Unlike other publications of this kind, special attention in the book is given to the coverage of such important topics in a scientific and practical sense as the motive for the crime, freedom of will determining the act, nuances of mental disorders that do not exclude sanity. For the first time in educational literature, a detailed study of schools of criminal law is proposed, and an essay on the social grounds of the criminal law prohibition is presented.
The main emphasis is placed on the controversial positions of the General Part of criminal law.
The content of the course meets the educational standard of higher professional education of the third generation and the methodological requirements imposed on educational publications.
