The reader is presented with a translation of the treatise "Zhen Jiu Da Cheng," first published in 1601. This is not a brief introduction to acupuncture, but a comprehensive collection of knowledge on one of the branches of traditional Chinese medicine. The book describes the theoretical foundations of zhen-jiao, the system of meridians and collaterals, the location of acupuncture points, the rules for selecting points and depth of needling, as well as the application of moxibustion in various conditions. The material is divided into ten juan.
