Psychotherapy

The focus is on the interaction with the unconscious through images, fantasies, and symbolic figures. The author describes the technique of active imagination: a person consciously engages in a dialogue with emerging inner images, observes their development, and records the experience in words, drawings, or other forms. A special place is occupied by the role of the psychotherapist in this process — as a participant and guide in the dialogue between consciousness and the unconscious.
