Gymnasts

Audrey was three years old when her mother first took her to a gymnastics training session. At sixteen, a back injury nearly ended her career. Now Audrey is seventeen. The Olympic Games are ahead, the first and last in her life, because doctors have made it clear: she will have to say goodbye to sports. But it turns out that being in one of the strongest teams in the world is not enough. It’s not enough to endure pain, repeatedly demonstrating the highest skill on the apparatuses. The team is shaken by terrible news: the head coach, the person they trusted the most, is accused of abusing a trainee. Audrey intends to defend her teammate, but not all gymnasts are on her side.
