The Maneuver of the Empty City

In the old district of Pinchzhou, a major relocation has been completed: the children's hospital has been moved to a new area, leaving only the emergency department in the deserted city.
On the eve of the New Year celebrations, a tragedy occurs—a bus carrying the main medical staff plunges off a bridge into an icy river. There are no survivors.
The management urgently appoints Zhou Yun—the recently suspended head of the department. With a few remaining staff members, she takes on the job amidst a severe shortage of personnel and resources, trying to cope with the unceasing flow of patients.
But soon, the situation spirals out of control: a series of attacks on children unfolds in the city. Victims are brought to the hospital one after another, and the emergency department becomes the center of growing chaos. The identity of the perpetrator and their motives remain unknown.
Zhou Yun and her team find themselves the last line of defense for those who cannot protect themselves. And while the hospital is flooded with injured patients, it becomes clear: someone is deliberately turning it into a battleground.
