Children of the Galaxy, or Nonsense on Lean Oil

This book makes no claims. It is certainly only partially culinary, although it contains many recipes, but they are not systematized or united by anything except my life and my personal preferences.
And it can't be called a memoir either, because everything in it is too ponderous and subjective. So what is this? Perhaps the most accurate definition of this genre is a perspective with a gastronomic tilt. I hope you won't find it boring.
