French Language. Self-Study Guide for Beginners (+ audio application)

This guide, prepared by the popular author, French language teacher with many years of experience V.A. Gorina, consists of two interrelated parts. The phonetic course, which includes 15 lessons (Unite), covers the initial stage of learning (level A1). It allows mastering French pronunciation in a short time, as well as getting acquainted with the lexical and grammatical foundations of the language. The main course (which contains 18 lessons) assumes reaching an advanced level (A2 – B2). It includes a large number of exercises, with which the reader gradually, step by step, masters practical French speech, progressing to increasingly higher levels of proficiency in the language system as a whole. Keys to the exercises are provided at the end of the book. The thematic texts simultaneously reveal the cultural traditions of France and the features of modern French society. Many tasks of the Phonetic course are voiced by native speakers (these materials are marked with a special symbol).
