Fahrenheit 451

Ray Bradbury – Pulitzer Prize winner and classic of science fiction. His work "Fahrenheit 451" became a response to the policy of McCarthyism, which included the burning of pro-communist literature. It is a cautionary novel. The media may one day convince everyone that firefighters have always started fires rather than extinguishing them.

Fahrenheit 451 is the temperature at which paper ignites and burns. The main character has been burning books for 10 years. Sometimes along with their owners. His wife sits cooped up in the living room, the walls of which are replaced by huge television screens.

Are they happy? The question of an eccentric neighbor who loves flowers and night walks perplexes the firefighter. Something clicks in him. The firefighter snatches a book from the fire. And then… a mechanical dog, a live broadcast chase, and people-books.
