When a criminal takes over a hospital, doctors and nurses can only hope that he won't harm anyone. They have to hold out until morning, and then he will leave peacefully. But not everyone will survive until dawn…

As he begins his night shift, surgeon Hayamizu Syugo hoped to get a good night's sleep. But his sleep is interrupted by a strange noise, very much like a gunshot… When Syugo goes down to check what’s happening, he is met with a terrifying sight – two frightened nurses are threatened by a criminal in a clown mask, and at his feet lies an injured girl.

Under the threat of a revolver, Syugo performs surgery, but the clown is in no hurry to leave. He locks all the staff with the bedridden patients and sets a single condition: if they quietly wait out the night, no one will be harmed.

However, with each passing hour, the behavior of the criminal becomes less and less logical. It seems he did not choose this hospital by accident. And it seems that someone other than the clown does not want the police to arrive here. Is there another criminal hiding within the hospital walls?
