The History of the Russian State (set of 5 books)

This gift illustrated 12-volume set in five books published by "Eksmo" marks the 260th anniversary of the birth of the great Russian historian and writer Nikolai Mikhailovich Karamzin (1766–1826). His "History of the Russian State" has been a living phenomenon of Russian culture for over 200 years, the greatest achievement of the golden age of Russian literature.
For the anniversary publication of the monumental work of N. M. Karamzin, the publishing house provides a special gift: a complete collection of the rarest lithographs by the remarkable artist of the academic direction Boris Artemievich Chirikov (1802–1866) - the book "Picturesque Karamzin, or Russian History in Pictures," which is included in the fifth book of the set.
