Psychiatry: National Guide

National guides are the first series of practical manuals in Russia on essential medical specialties, including all the basic information necessary for continuous postgraduate education. Unlike most other guides, the national manuals dedicate equal attention to prevention, diagnosis, pharmacotherapy, and non-drug treatment methods. The second edition of the national guide "Psychiatry" contains modern and relevant information about the organization of psychiatric care, methods of diagnosing and treating mentally ill patients. A separate section is devoted to describing the main mental illnesses according to ICD-10.
