Sri Brahma Samhita with Commentaries by Bhaktivinoda Thakura

This book contains one of the most well-known and important Vaishnavite sacred texts – the fifth chapter of the "Sri Brahma-Samhita," which once was part of a single, large work that has not survived to this day, and is now widely known as an independent and complete work. Despite its complexity and philosophical depth, the devotees of Krishna regard it as a kind of alphabet: it not only reveals the most important positions of Vaishnavite philosophy but also contains, in a concise form, the entire siddhanta of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. Its significance for the Vaishnavite world is evidenced by the fact that commentaries on it were written by such renowned Vaishnavite acharyas as Srila Rupa Goswami and Srila Jiva Goswami (who composed commentaries in Sanskrit), Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura (who wrote commentaries in Bengali), and Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Thakura (who wrote commentaries in English). This edition includes: the Sanskrit text of the "Brahma-Samhita" with its parallel Russian transliteration, a translation of each verse, and each verse is accompanied by a Russian translation of the Bengali commentary on the "Brahma-Samhita" by Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura.
