Inner Lighthouse. Guiding Maps by Katya Khlomova for Those Seeking Support Within Themselves

A deck of metaphorical associative cards from the author of the super bestseller «I Can't Live Without You» — a book that has changed the lives of tens of thousands of women.

Childhood traumas, unnoticed at first glance, affect our entire lives: self-esteem, relationships, sense of happiness. Now you have a tool that will help you not only recall the past but also reinterpret it in a new way and heal.

Ekaterina Khlomova, a psychologist with 18 years of experience, has compiled a deck of metaphorical cards that will help heal childhood traumas and attain harmony within a month. It will support you throughout the journey until you acquire the skill of self-support. Its goal is not just to point out your traumas, but to show ways to live free from their influence.

The set includes 40 metaphorical cards with illustrations that help to look into the subconscious, and 30 cards with questions for daily reflection. The instruction booklet contains a detailed monthly course for working with the deck: daily morning questions for written or verbal reflection, weekly cycles of exercises with metaphorical cards for sequential processing of themes. At its core — a scientific approach and modern neuropsychology. Bonus: a meditation by the author of the deck, Ekaterina Khlomova, to reinforce positive changes.

Who is this deck suitable for? For those who: — feel insecurity, anxiety, or repeat painful scenarios; — want to enhance self-esteem, learn to support themselves; — love self-reflection and deep practices without esotericism; — as well as for psychologists — as a tool for working with clients.
